Founder, Director & Licensee in Charge

Dianne Copping is the Founder, Director and Licensee in Charge of Elevate Strata Management, with more than 17 years’ experience across property and strata management in New South Wales. She is a licensed strata manager (Class 1) and an experienced leader recognised for delivering responsive, transparent, and commercially focused strata management services.

Dianne is passionate about raising standards in the strata industry and has built Elevate Strata around a client-first, proactive and transparent management model. She works closely with owners corporations, committees, and industry consultants to ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, and effective building maintenance strategies that protect asset value and improve resident outcomes.

Dianne believes in turning challenges into opportunities and continuously seeks innovative and efficient ways to meet the evolving needs of strata communities. Her leadership style is hands-on, collaborative, and focused on clear communication, accountability, and long-term performance.

Thomas Copping

Co-Founder & Director

Tom Copping is the co-founder and director of Elevate Strata.

Tom is a qualified town planner and senior development manager with experience delivering thousands of homes and apartments across Australia. Over the past 15 years Tom has held senior roles with private developers, ASX-listed companies, NSW state government, and local councils, where he managed complex rezonings, development approvals, statutory planning processes, land acquisitions, and investor relations for large residential and mixed-use projects. This background provides him with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, approval pathways, and risk considerations relevant to strata properties.

He works closely with committees, consultants, and regulators to ensure operational matters are managed efficiently, transparently, and in the best interests of owners. Tom takes a practical, detail-driven approach, with a focus on governance, compliance, and protecting the long-term value and functionality of residential buildings.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Town Planning (Honours) and is a licensed Strata Manager (Class 2), progressing towards a Class 1 licence. He brings additional leadership and discipline from 15 years of service with the Australian Army, which he continues on a part-time basis, currently posted to 4/3 RNSWR.

Senior Strata Manager & Team Leader

Alex Wall is a licensed Senior Strata Manager with over 17 years of experience in the property industry. He has held senior leadership roles, including Company Director and Licensee-in-Charge, overseeing day-to-day business operations and providing strategic leadership across property and strata portfolios.

Alex’s expertise spans building management, commercial and residential property management, and strata management across a wide range of scheme types. He has extensive experience managing small, medium, and large strata schemes, as well as community associations and building management committees.

He is known for his strong client-focused approach, commitment to ethical practice, and ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with owners corporations, committees, and stakeholders. Alex brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset to strata management, ensuring compliant, efficient, and high-quality outcomes for clients.

Kay Thomas

Assistant Strata Manager

Kay Thomas is an Assistant Strata Manager supporting the management of residential and mixed-use strata schemes. She works closely with owners corporations, strata committees, and service providers to assist with day-to-day building management, maintenance coordination, and administrative support.

Kay brings over 8 years’ experience in interior architecture, with strong expertise in project management, spatial planning, building fabric, and material performance. Her background enables her to assess common property finishes and upgrade opportunities through both a design and asset management lens, identifying practical, value-add improvements that enhance durability, amenity, and long-term asset value.

Kay is working towards her strata management licence and progression to Strata Manager. She is known for her organised, responsive, and client-focused approach, delivering professional and reliable support to clients and residents.

Prue Onley

Our strata managers are supported by a dedicated team of administrative professionals, including Prue Onley, trainee strata manager and Gianne Parel, administrative assistant, who assist with day-to-day operations. Prue is currently working towards attaining her certificate of registration under the supervision of our licensee in charge.
